What is Aishorts' return policy?
We are extending our return and exchange periods –
While our return policy typically allows unworn and undamaged merchandise to be returned within 30 days of delivery, any item purchased on aishorts.club or by phone from one of our agents between November 20, 2024 and December 25, 2024, and postmarked unworn and undamaged by January 31, 2025, is eligible for an exchange or refund.
Aishorts is happy to accept returns for unworn, original condition, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online from aishorts.club for a refund or exchange within this timeframe. If you would like to exchange any purchased item for a different size or color, please follow the return procedures on our Returns and Exchanges portal and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
*Please note that items purchased after December 25, 2024, are not subject to this extended return policy, but may be exchanged or refunded if the item is postmarked within 30 days of receipt and is unworn and undamaged.*
Aishorts Return Policy
Aishorts happily accepts returns for unworn, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online from aishorts.club for a refund within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in perfect, original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase (please visit our Returns & Exchanges portal for more information), and postmarked no more than 30 days after the shipping date to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Before returning an item to Aishorts, please complete the return form in our Returns & Exchanges portal.
Please note: Aishorts gift cards are final sales and are not subject to returns or exchanges.
All international shipping charges, taxes, licensing fees, and costs associated with shipping or returning merchandise for initial purchases, exchanges, repairs, or refunds are the responsibility of the purchaser and must be paid in full at the time of shipment. Aishorts is not responsible for reimbursing any standard or expedited shipping, fees, taxes, or licensing fees associated with shipping merchandise to or from our facilities (including, but not limited to, exchanges, repairs, or returns).
